Transition rules

The new IBR features are effective for applications received by EquiTrust via mail, fax, E-Application or Upload a Doc beginning today, September 4, 2025.

Disclosure forms and illustrations

Revised product disclosures and disclosure and comparison forms (D&C) forms are now available, but required on all applications effective October 5, 2025. FireLight, AppBuilder and the forms section on Agents.EquiTrust.com now include new versions of the forms, and illustrations reflect the IBR increases.
