Through the EquiTrust Rewards tiered compensation plan, individual writing agents can qualify for an additional 1% commission.

EquiTrust Rewards tiered compensation plan payments are retroactive once the qualification threshold is attained.

Once qualification threshold is attained, all EquiTrust Rewards tiered compensation plan payments are retroactively applied to all first-year FIA premium for contracts with 2024 effective dates and applications received on or after Jan. 1, 2024.

How to qualify

To qualify for the 2024 EquiTrust Rewards tiered compensation plan, a writing agent must achieve $5 million of EquiTrust FIA business with applications received and contract effective dates of Jan. 1, 2024, through Dec. 31, 2024. Additional commission of 1% will be paid quarterly.
