Contact information updates now available by phone
Our contact center can now process contact information changes over the phone for clients, financial professionals and Marketing Organizations, eliminating the need for paper forms or email requests.
Representatives can add, update or remove contact information, including:
Photo images accepted for New Business forms
Effective January 23, 2026, photo images are accepted for New Business forms (excluding applications) that are not bound with the contract.
This update gives you greater convenience and flexibility when submitting business, while helping reduce NIGO rates and improve processing efficiency.
